Bonnie,

Seems to me that FS changed the default Say all keystroke in JAWS 11 or 10. 
Have you checked to make sure you're using the right combination? I use 
Alt+Insert+NumPadDownArrow.

  I use Outlook with Windows 7 and the latest JFW, with little problem. You 
might describe your problem a little more. My only problem now with Outlook 
2010 is that the "say all" does not work, and I either have to arrow down 
through the message, or select it and then hit contl shift downarrow (I think 
that's it) to read an entire message.

        I just got a new backup drive that came with BackItUp 4 Essentials, but 
it seems very visual.  I thought that because the Nero Burning software is
