folks don't forget that its a hidden file unless you set up your folder options to show hidden files and show known file types!

Sometimes the Normal.dotm, the Word 2007 master template, gets corrupted and Word can't think straight. You can find it by searching your computer. Windiws key-e, control-f, type normal.dotm. Mine is 35k. If yours is significantly larger, it could be sick. If you delete it, word will make a new one, and that one will be well.

Hi list this is kenny. Can anyone help me figure out why word won't load on my computer? Every time I try to start word 2007 on my pc I get the following message: microsoft office word has stopped working windows is looking online for a solution. Can one of you help me fix this problem through a jaws tandum sesion?
