Sometimes the Normal.dotm, the Word 2007 master template, gets
corrupted and Word can't think straight. You can find it by
searching your computer. Windiws key-e, control-f, type
normal.dotm. Mine is 35k. If yours is significantly larger, it
could be sick. If you delete it, word will make a new one, and
that one will be well.

Hi list this is kenny. Can anyone help me figure out why word
won't load on my computer? Every time I try to start word 2007 on
my pc I get the following message: microsoft office word has
stopped working windows is looking online for a solution. Can one
of you help me fix this problem through a jaws tandum sesion?
