Thanks so much for this information I believe she did what you mentioned. I think she installed 64 onto her 32 bit system and that is why it says platform doesn't support jaws 11. Thanks again

When she tried to install JAWS 11 did she make the correct 32-bit/64-bit choice? The JAWS build must match the operating system, not the hardware. (32-bit OS versions can run on 64 bit hardware but not the other way around). As for JAWS and iTunes, as far as I know JAWS 10 only supports (up to?) iTunes 8.
