jaws 10 and itunes?

Hi there,
My friend Kathy is using jaws 10 and itunes 9 and is having problems with it.
She cannot listento previews of songs. Jaws only goes to the buy song links for
each song when she tabs. Is there a script or trick she can use? Also on
another note: she is using jaws 10 because she cannot get jaws 11 to work on
her computer. It said "cannot install on this platform" and she has windows
vista home premium. Thanks for any information.
