When she tried to install JAWS 11 did she make the correct
32-bit/64-bit choice? The JAWS build must match the operating system,
not the hardware. (32-bit OS versions can run on 64 bit hardware but
not the other way around).
As for JAWS and iTunes, as far as I know JAWS 10 only supports (up
to?) iTunes 8. She needs to get JAWS 11 working to use iTunes 9.
