Nice one Jason, I didn't know about that keystroke.  Ihad a mess around
and see Control + gives you the insert menu too.  It's all good to know.

Oar, after you are on the row you want to delete, hit control+- (- on
the numpad) and then hit r for delete row. hit enter and it's done.

Place cursor in row required.

Press applications key

Arrow down to "Delete" and press enter

Tab to "Delete entire row" and press enter
