Francis, Whether or not you may or may not want to install ie7 depends on
which version of jaws you're using.
To set up the ctrl+alt+j hotkey, go to the shortcut on the desktop, hit
alt+enter, tap to shortcut, hit j, go to ok, and hit enter.
