This is the reason we are going to Word, the more or less monopoly of =
MS. Unfortunately we have a few who will not make the change =
complicating life by preparing items in WordPerfect then saving them out =
as .PDF and sending them around in that form. This complicates my world =
even further.

Does anyone know how to make Adobe Reader read across a line when it =
assumes it to be columns? I am getting minutes where the items are =
numbered in the left column, the content indented. When Adobe Reader =
sees them it reads me the list of numbers, not all the list but some =
part of it then the paragraphs which no now longer relate to the numbers =
then goes back to reading the list of numbers, much as though it was =
reading the document as a two column document.
