Devona, Open Book can be set to make the font size of the displayed text much larger than normal, and you can set the display colors to your preference, as well. As someone who once used Magic, I can pretty much assure you that there's no need to apply magnification to Open Book with another program. And since it speaks, it's no problem to understand the menus, either. Again, this isn't something to worry about with Open Book.
