i had to do the same thing a while back after installing jaws 11 beta, it messed everythng up. i would reinstall my video drivers, but as soon as jaws was installed, the video drivers were messed up.

Ok, fingers crossed... after uninstalling everything, not just Jaws but Eloquence, and removing every trace of Freedom Scientific or Henter-Joyce in the registry, deleting any related folders I could find anywhere and then reinstalling Jaws 10, things are actually working right now.
