Hi Michael, yes you can use your neospeech voices with jaws. They will
appear in the list of voices when you change your jaws synthesizer to sapi5.
You may notice though that the voices don't sound happy, they may sound lispy
and/or crackly. This is because Jaws needs to know the frequency of the voices.
To do this you need to get the cls id number for each of the voices,
which involves going into the registry, and then pasting that number into your
sapi5.ini file, which will be in your jaws folder.
If you'd like I can send you step by step instructions how to do it,
but if you're not happy editing the registry you may need further help doing
it. If you want the instructions let me know offlist.
                           John.

        Hi All,

My Kurzweil 1000 software already comes with the Neo Speech engines.
It has both the male and female voices. is there any way to get these to work
with Jaws? I found the folder that contained the Neo Speech files but I'm not
really sure how to get Jaws to use these. .

        Michael
