its doable but very clunky.i can use it but it takes real getting use too. you
can't show more than 25 messages per page. the old one would let you show 100.
first letter navigation is your best bet. also putting place markers helps as
well.good luck.

The issue is whether or not Jaws will work with this windows live mail. I
have heard bad things and I'm afraid screen readers won't be taken into account.

Well, I don't know what to tell you. I've had my hotmail account for going
on 10 years and yes, when I go to log in I'm not told that there will be an
upgrade. Just that if I would like I can upgrade now etc. I've never been
informed that it will be upgraded etc. In any event, that's not really a Jaws
issue any more. Rather general computer usage. I would still suggest going to
the website directly if you ever receive any sort of correspondence via e-mail
having to do with account information and click here language.

According to the information link, they aren't updating Qwest customers
until later. It did say that the upgrade to Windows Live Mail was mandatory,
though.

It asked for feedback with no personal information and said they could not
reply to individual messages. Any feedback given was used to address possible
issues.

Well, this sounds a lot different from having to upgrade and suggesting
an upgrade. Still, I wouldn't click on any link in an e-mail saying I need to
upgrade or suggesting I do the same. If you really want to upgrade
independently of this e-mail then it's always best to go to the website
directly and do so there.

The message was from Hot Mail Member Services and there were links in the
message. Here is a copy of the original message, see what you think When I
went to the link to learn more, it said that those of us with Qwest and a
couple of other providers wouldn't be upgraded right away, but later this year.
There was a place to leave feedback and Msn's privact statement. When I went
online to Hot Mail, it talked about upgrading the accounts, too..
