USING JAWS IN WINDOWS VISTA

Hey folks
am about to launch basic training for quite elementary students
in windows vista
what i need to know is some visting expressions, since i haven't
use it before.
what is:
UAC
or:
user account control feature.
access deny feature.
and why the video intercept manager is disabled in windows vista
as it is enabled in windows XP edition.
any suggest or recommend, that extremely would be appreciated!!.
