Thanks Alex. I was only acting as an intermediary for the sighted person
and he was able to get the documents converted for his use in the needed
format on behalf of his client requesting the Braille documents.

Hi,
Why doesn't he just send the documents as text files. If his client
wants to braille them and print them out, he just needs a copy of
Duxbury which works quite well with Jaws. Does the client use Jaws at
all? An electronic file would be the most cost-effective way to do
it. Having it brailled probably costs as much as purchasing Duxbury
would. I've come across some outrageous trascriber's quotes before.
