Showing....But nothing There

Hello all,
Using Jaws 7.1 and Win/XP.
In my "In Box" in Outlook Express, I show 1 unread message, but there is no
message there. I have done the maintenance in the program, did a scan disc,
restarted the computer, but it is still showing this non-existent unread
message.
Any thoughts?
