Hi Morey.
Try this. in the list of messages, do alt+v to get to the view menu, press down arrow until it says current view, press right arrow until it says "hide read messages" and press enter. Then your unread message will be revealed.

When you are done, don't forget to go back and hit enter on "show all messages".

Hope this helps.
Bob

Subject: Showing....But nothing There

Hello all,
Using Jaws 7.1 and Win/XP.
In my "In Box" in Outlook Express, I show 1 unread message, but there is no message there. I have done the maintenance in the program, did a scan disc, restarted the computer, but it is still showing this non-existent unread message.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Morey
