This sounds like a setting in the display driver software. As they're different I can't give you any instructions, apart from look around display settings. Good luck.

I'm running Vista Home/64 bit and the JAWS 11.0.611 Beta.Some how the screen resolution keeps getting set back to 100% resolution capability (1600X1200), at which time some things become unreadable (it best works at 60% resolution, 1280X800).
