Screen resolution

I'm running Vista Home/64 bit and the JAWS 11.0.611 Beta.
Some how the screen resolution keeps getting set back to 100% resolution
capability (1600X1200), at which time some things become unreadable (it best
works at 60% resolution, 1280X800).
Does JAWS reset the resolution, or does Vista do it? and how can I keep it
from happening?
