Sapi5 voices

Hi all,
a couple of days ago the Sapi 5 voices on my computer "using windows
vista" has stopped working. I contacted microsoft and
freedomscientific asking for the problem and got no response till now.
Does anyone have an idea how to reinstall the Sapi voices? and is
there a way for the solo realspeak voices on freedomscientific website
to be installed to with Narrator not only with Jaws?
