  I don't think Realspeak Japanese voice (Kyoko) reads Roma-Ji notation
correctly as it should sound.
Please try have Realspeak engine read Roma-Ji notation on your PC. 
If it does, you can expect that the site may be spoken correctly when it
is marked up as Japanese, using lang attribute.
