Question about Carbon Copy and Blind Carbon Copy in Outlook Express

Hello Listers:
I want to send an email message to someone but, I also would like to send
the same message to 38 additional people.
I have to following questions:
1. In addition to the email addresses you want to include in the BCC field,
what is the syntax to ensure that Outlook Express sends all 38 additional
copies?
2. What is the maximum number of email addresses that you can include in
the Carbon Copy and Blind Carbon Copy Fields?
