You are experiencing the exact same issue as me. The original release of JFW 11 didn't have this problem. I'm going to mess with settings, but that shouldn't be the problem since I changed nothing from the first release of JFW11 through the last 2 releases of JFW 1. -----Original Message----- From: jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of CrisMunoz54 Sent: Monday, May 24, 2010 2:25 PM To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: RE: Outlook and extra info being read in list view I have this same exact bug with my Outlook 2003. The from, received, subject fiels are repeated twice. I contact FS about it and after being bumped up to the escalation department I got no resolution. There was some back and forth and we did everything. Uninstall jfw with and without the shared components, disable this and that, and finally they told me that it was a bug that the beta testers had encountered, but that at the time, I was the first person to report it in the official release. This was for the April 2010 release by the way. End result, the problem is still there and after updating to the new May release, the bug is still quite there. The only thing I guess I would suggest is that you contact FS as well and make it known to them that it's not just an isolated issue on one persons machine. I never got any follow up after they're acknowledgement of the bug myself, but who knows, maybe it'll eventually be addressed. I'm not holding my breath though. -----Original Message----- From: Dorothy Ingram-Gorban [mailto:dorothy.ingram-gorban@xxxxxxxxx] Sent: Monday, May 24, 2010 12:14 PM To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: RE: Outlook and extra info being read in list view menu's the worst thing is when emails in the Inbox seem to vanish completely. and you know you are in right folder, if I could fix my view menu with glue I would, has to be Jaws 11 and Msoutlook office7, hope it gets better in time dorothy X-archive-position: 38715 X-ecartis-version: Ecartis v1.0.0 Sender: jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Errors-to: jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx X-original-sender: dorothy.ingram-gorban@xxxxxxxxx Precedence: normal Reply-To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx List-help: <mailto:ecartis@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?Subject=help> List-unsubscribe: <jfw-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?Subject=unsubscribe> List-software: Ecartis version 1.0.0 List-Id: JFW <jfw.freelists.org> X-List-ID: JFW <jfw.freelists.org> List-subscribe: <jfw-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?Subject=subscribe> List-owner: <mailto:james@xxxxxxxxxxx> List-post: <mailto:jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> List-archive: <//www.freelists.org/archives/jfw> X-list: jfw -----Original Message----- From: jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Jason Boston Sent: 24 May 2010 18:44 To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Outlook and extra info being read in list view Hi all, I'm using the latest (may 2010) version of JFW11. Now when I read the list of messages in my inbox or any other folder in outlook, I here the sender first and then the subject and sender again. I have my view set to read the subject first and then the sender. It works fine if I load JFW10, but JFW11 reads this extra info.
