No folder option is present.  Keep in mind I'm using Outlook 2003.

Hi Katrina!

yes, you can.  Press Alt + V, to open the view menu.  Press your down arrow
keys and look for the option "Folder lists".  Once you find it, if it is not
check, press your enter key to check it.
