Hi, I think your problem may be related to Outlook Express files in your personal settings folder. The files for Outlook Express were updated with the latest update of Jaws. If you have any Outlook Express files in your personal settings folder, this may be the cause of your problem. What you should do is go to your personal settings folder and look for any files that are related to Outlook Express. Then, you should copy those files to another folder and delete them from your personal settings folder. You will need to shutdown Jaws and then restart it. This should correct your problem. If you need more detailed steps to accomplish this, let me know. I hope this helps, Ryan -----Original Message----- From: jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Jerry Hathaway Sent: Sunday, April 29, 2007 5:48 PM To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Re: OE control key help Rick I checked the manage application settings in jaws and they were checked. I still cannot use ctrl f, ctrl r, and ctrl n functions. I still get unknown script call to message. Do you know of any other way to fix this problem.
