Rick I checked the manage application settings in jaws and they were checked. I still cannot use ctrl f, ctrl r, and ctrl n functions. I still get unknown script call to message. Do you know of any other way to fix this problem.

Try this:From the Jaws main window, from the options menu select, manage application settings.
