Hi Jerry, There was an error in my earlier post. Uncheck Outlook Express and the problem should go away.If it does, then you know for sure that it is your Outlook Express personal settings.Richard Justice www.blind-computing.com----- Original Message ----- From: "Jerry Hathaway" <jerry.hathaway2@xxxxxxxxxxx>To: <jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Sunday, April 29, 2007 4:48 PM Subject: Re: OE control key helpRick I checked the manage application settings in jaws and they were checked. I still cannot use ctrl f, ctrl r, and ctrl n functions. I still get unknown script call to message. Do you know of any other way to fix this problem.Jerry----- Original Message ----- From: "Ricque" <ricjustice@xxxxxxxxx>To: <jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Saturday, April 28, 2007 9:32 PM Subject: Re: OE control key helpTry this:From the Jaws main window, from the options menu select, manage application settings. When the dialogue opens, see if Outlook Express is in the list, if it is, then check it, and hit enter. Now return to Outlook Express and try the same commands again.More than likely, there is a script file in the user folder of Jaws8 for Outlook Express that is causing the problem.Richard Justice www.blind-computing.com----- Original Message ----- From: "Jerry Hathaway" <jerry.hathaway2@xxxxxxxxxxx>To: "JAWS LISTSERVE" <jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Saturday, April 28, 2007 2:00 PM Subject: OE control key helpI have been getting a unknown script error message when I try to use the ctrl key to forward, reply, and new message keyboard commands. does anyone have this same problem and know how to fix the problem.
