Hi,

It should be in the Control Panel. Once you're in there, look for Sounds & Audio. That will bring up the dialogue box for all sound related matters including sound events.

Subject: Jaws and Win XP Home config question.

This is questionably on topic except that it assists access as does Jaws.

I have this new Acer notebook computer and I cannot find the item where one links sounds to Windows events. This has XP Home. The organization of things here is rather odd.

If anyone can help me locate it or remember the name so I can search for it I would appreciate it.

Thanks.
Dale Leavens.
