asking
do you want to delete all the collapsed messages
see if tabbing around brings you to a check box do not show this message
again
check it and see if that clears up da problem

Subject: messages colapsed?

Hi, all of a sudden I am finding messages that are collapsed. When I open
the message, and when I try to delete them, it asks if I want to delete all
messages in this that are collapsed. How to disable this expand or
collapsed feature. When I go into the menu, it says that expand and
collapsed is not available. I don't know what I did to trigger this. Andy.
