Steve, Alan, and Christopher, Thank you all for the information. I checked it out and found the checkbox called Insert Key Mode within the user options dialog box found within the set options menu in configuration manager. When this insert key mode checkbox is checked, the insert key functions as a stickey key. Thanks again! Jill
