This news letter page would fail all the tests.  They use on mouse down as 
you will see below which gains us nothing.  Sadly, this is a disabilities 
site?

no worky. I can't get to the news letters either. It is not a very easy web
site. all the links are preceded by something that says something like left
button.  and where you here 2005 newsletters it is hard to hear it but I
went to the link and hit the December 2004 news letter and it doesn't come
up.
