unblock sender in OE?

Hi all, I had done this before but can't remember how. If I want to check to
see if someone has been blocked in OE, and if so unblock them. What steps
would I take. I went to the block senders in the menus and it is a sub menu,
but if I enter on it, all it will do is try to block the person my cursor is
currently sitting on. Help please.
