Hi there,
3D Flip is a type of graphics effect that allows a window to flip while
pressing Alt+TAB. You'll need to go to Control Panel/Personalization and go
to Color and Appearance. Make sure to use Windows Classic (this will turn
off unnecessary graphics features like 3D flip). Also, go to Them then
change it to Windows Classic.
Cheers,
Joseph
