If it told you that the latest update was already installed, thenyoursomething wrong with the update process. I would suggest you go to the link Debbie gave and download the update. It's a full install and will install overtop of your current JAWS71 instalation, maintaining allsettings. I've been working with this update yesterday and am glad to report that some of the problems I was having with 7.1 are resolved nicely.
