Hi Allison,
Noticed that as well. I haven't heard anything about it from FS support in
a couple of weeks either. I guess its time to email them again and find
out whats going on there.

If it told you that the latest update was already installed, then there's
something wrong with the update process. I would suggest you go to the
link Debbie gave and download the update. It's a full install and will
install overtop of your current JAWS71 instalation, maintaining all your
settings. I've been working with this update yesterday and am glad to
report that some of the problems I was having with 7.1 are resolved
nicely.
