are you certain the window is maximized and have you tried using ctrl+ plus
on the numpad to correct this issue?

Although My Computer reads accurately if I up and down arrow, if I use
insert-numpad 8 to reread the line, it says 'folder view, 1 of 8" instead
of reading it. Unloading/reloading JAWS seems to fix it, though.
