How to get to location

Hi list,
I was given the following path to get to the quarantined objects from my ad
aware scan. Please excuse my ignorance, but how do I get there. Is it possible
to go to start, then run and paste it in there?
Here's a direct route to get to where you can delete the quarantined items
found in your ad aware scan:
c:\documents and settings\(user name)\application data\lavasoft\adaware
Pick quarinteened, it will be one of five folders. If it's not there there are
no objects to delete.
