Hi. I don't know which email client you're using, but there is an excellent post on the Fred's Head Companion blog that gives instructions for setting up gmail in Outlook Express. Go to http://www.fredsheadcompanion.blogspot.com, and choose the link "Search the Original Fred's Head database." I was able to locate the post right away just by doing a Quick Search. Hth.
