Getting out of demo mode

HI Everyone, I have put JAWS 5.10 on my computer but can someone tell me how to
get it out of the demo mode, please? I can not use any options that JAWS has to
offer from the Desktop because when I press enter on the icon it does nothing
so I guess I would need instructions of how to get JAWS out of demo mode from
the start menu or in My Computer. I would appreciate any help on this
situation. Melissa
