To convert it to a mono track, select it, and then choose Stereo track to mono from the tracks menu. 2. To split a stereo track into two mono tracks, choose Split stereo to mono on the tracks drop down menu. (to open the focused track's menu press the application key or shift + m, or sighted users can click the track name).
