Empty clipboard in Excel

Hi Listers, here is the situation I am attempting to use the office clipboard
within Excel 2002 1 I have done alt E to open the edit menu 2 then I have
down-arrowed to the office clipboard command and hit enter the task payne opens
JFW anounces task payne 1 of 24 clipboard 1 of 24 then speaks clipboard list
box clipboard empty copy or cut to collect items 1 of 1 , according to the
project assist tutorial I should be able to press insert tab to read the
active field and hear click a item to paste list box. I will be most
appreciative for any help I can get on this roadblock. . (I am using Jaws 5.0
with Win XP pro)
