I think you do us an injustice.  The CakeTalking scripts for Sonar 4.0 have 
been hanging fire for almost two months, but because the developers have 
kept in touch with their community and explained what's going on, they have 
received little to no bad press about the delay.  They are clearly doing 
their best to release a bug-free product that is quite complex.  We, their 
user community appreciate this and they haven't gotten any flak that I've 
seen, at least on the mailing lists associated with their product.

They have also provided good customer service, which has bought them 
loyalty that it appears FS may be in the process of losing for failure to 
provide that customer service.
