I also got a call from Eric today, and he seemed genuinely concerned at
our concerns. This may be proof that if enough people speak out, things
may get done. We need to keep holding FS's proverbial feet to teh fire and
to respectfully, courteously but firmly insist on our getting what we are
paying for.
