  As that isn't a topic for this list, which I have said, I will answer 
  only by saying no method is 100% guaranteed. If you want anything 
  more speciic than that, you'll need to either find a relevant 
  mailingless, or make good friends with the google search engine. 
  You'd be surprised what that can come up with. You may even fine 
  relevant mailing lists to the topic in question.
