As that isn't a topic for this list, which I have said, I will answer only by saying no method is 100% guaranteed. If you want anything more speciic than that, you'll need to either find a relevant mailingless, or make good friends with the google search engine. You'd be surprised what that can come up with. You may even fine relevant mailing lists to the topic in question.

For the record, this is not a list-specific issue--you'd get these
emails regardless to whether you were on this mailing list or not.
For security reasons, membership listings are restricted so only the
administration can see it, therefore avoiding the types of programs
that intentionally scan for email addresses. Also, in the mail
archives, email addresses are intentially left partially corrupted to
make it harder for spammers to catch on. So, again, it's not because
you're subscribed to this list that you're receiing it. There's more
than one way for people to obtain your email address if they're that
intent on doing it, though most of it is just a lucky guess.

Anyway, as this has absolutely nothing to do with the list or JFW,
I'd ask that any further problems with it be taken directly to me, off-list.
