Comcast High-Speed Internet

I will finally come into the digital age when I move. I will be able to set up
Comcast high-speed Internet.
My question is this: Are there any problems I should be aware of with JAWS and
setting up Comcast? I'd prefer to know before the Comcast installer arrives.
