actually, it gets even more interesting. A patch is always labeled as a
patch and is usually not a stand alone install. An update can be in patch
form or can be installed from scratched or used to update a current version.
An upgrade can be part of a free process and that may be a minor upgrade. A
major upgrade can range up to a major rewrite of the software. There's all
kinds of things that can happen in this area. Because it was not merely a
bug fix and because it can be installed as a stand alone, this is an update
not a patch.

There were bug fixes with relative to stability issues, and a few minor
script updates. Nothing to class this version of JAWS as an upgrade, which
is why it wasn't released as its own version.
