Cakewalk info

Hey guys,
I need a little info on cakewalk and jaws.
Never used this program before.
I've been doing audio editing for years but never have used it.
Is it a multi-track editer like cool edit?
Can you do stuff like cut, paste, and mix different tracks together?
Any info would be appreciated.
