John, this is a good point. I mistakenly installed a security package made
by my service provider. While I didn't go through the rigmarole you went
through, what I ended up doing was rolling my system back to a point before
I did the install. Of course I lost some email messages doing this, but ...
When signing on with a given service provider, folks, you need to be
cautious, because anything else they offer may not be Jaws-friendly.
