Gerry,

Yep. Just checked. And still opposite from what Adrian is experiencing.

My default voice is Eloquence. The Say All voice in that dialog is SAPI 5,
which is what you said.

So when I press Insert+Numpad 2 I get SAPI5 which is the Say All voice, and
what I would expect.

When I press Alt+Insert+Numpad 2 I get the Eloquence voice. Again what I would
expect.

I set JAWS to training mode (Insert+1) and pressed the Alt+Insert+NumPad 2 key
twice quickly and got this result:

If you are set up to use a SAPI synthesizer for say all the alternate say all
will use your non-SAPI default synthesizer.
If you are not set up to use a SAPI synthesizer for say all the alternate say
all will use your currently installed SAPI synthesizer for the Say all.

I feel much better now.

It's in the voices menu, the last combo box. Hit insert J, open options,
voices and enter on voice adjustment. Tab down to a "say all voice" combo box
where you can change that alternative voice.

Yep. Sure is strange, and not sure how I got it set up that way. But if I
try to change it now, I'll likely completely mess something up.

      Adrian,

Well, Then something is different on my setup, and I sure don't know
where it crept in. You wrote: For most people, I'm guessing Eloquence is
invoked without alt, while a SAPI-5 voice starts up with alt.

For me, it's exactly the opposite.

Insert+NumPad 2 gives me the Say All voice that I have set in the Default
Configuration Say All Voice Aliases, which is SAPI 5.

Alt+Insert+NumPad 2 gives me my default voice, which is Eloquence.

        Dave,

I'm using the latest release of JAWS 11, and the JAWS key-2 method
performs say all just as before. Adding alt to this combination invokes
so-called alternative say all, which kicks in your alternative synthesizer.

For most people, I'm guessing Eloquence is invoked without alt, while a
SAPI-5 voice starts up with alt. In my case, JAWS key-2 brings up Dectalk
Express, which is my choice of synth, and adding alt replaces it with Eloquence.

        Bonnie,

Seems to me that FS changed the default Say all keystroke in JAWS 11 or
10. Have you checked to make sure you're using the right combination? I use
Alt+Insert+NumPadDownArrow.

I use Outlook with Windows 7 and the latest JFW, with little problem.
You might describe your problem a little more. My only problem now with Outlook
2010 is that the "say all" does not work, and I either have to arrow down
through the message, or select it and then hit contl shift downarrow (I think
that's it) to read an entire message.

I am using jaws 11, windows 7, and trying to use outlook.

whenever I try to read a message, it simply puts the who and who from
info on ,my screen. How can I get outlook to read, or what other programs do
you recommend for email?

your help would be most appreciated.

Has anyone worked successfully with this program?

I just got a new backup drive that came with BackItUp 4
Essentials, but it seems very visual. I thought that because the Nero Burning
software is accessible, this would be also.
